The Atlantis Crab Snare

The Atlantis Crab Snare

3D-printed rocket design with cutting-edge features:

– Stabilizing fins improve casting aerodynamics
– Lead-free weight, adjustable from 5.5 to 10 oz
– Efficient, easy-load bait cage
– Glow-in-the-dark body to increase catch efficiency

Designed for Flight

Tail fins help the Atlantis rocket fly straight and true, similar to an arrow or dart.

The front-loaded weight distribution and engineered fin design optimize the Atlantis rocket’s static margin to ensure stable flight.

Easy-Open, Bait-Efficient Cage

The Atlantis crab snare is named after the Atlantis space shuttle. Like the space shuttle, the Atlantis crab snare has a cargo bay door that opens wide for easy loading. The Atlantis’ 4.25 cubic inch volume is bait-efficient and accommodates all bait types.

Lead-Free, Adjustable Weight

The bolt, nut, and washers are made from corrosion-resistant, zinc-plated steel to avoid lead toxicity.

Remove the nut and change the number of washers to adjust the weight. Each snare comes with 19 washers (0.25 oz each) to customize the weight from 5.5 to 10 oz (configured as 10 oz out of the box, 8.5 oz as shown).

Glows in the Dark

The Atlantis crab snare glows in the dark. The sky blue phosphorescence matches the peak visual spectral sensitivity of crustaceans, enabling positive phototaxis.
